What is PropEase?
PropEase is a property deal analysis app for investors. It helps you evaluate Buy-to-Let, HMO, Flip, and Serviced Accommodation deals quickly and accurately.
Do I need an internet connection to use PropEase?
You'll need an internet connection to create an account, log in, and sync your data. Once logged in, you can analyse deals fully offline, and everything will sync automatically when you're back online.
Can I analyse multiple funding types in one deal?
Yes. PropEase supports combining cash, mortgages, bridging finance, and investor contributions in a single deal.
How do I update to the latest version?
Updates are delivered through the App Store. Go to the App Store > Tap your profile > Scroll to "Available Updates" > Tap "Update" next to PropEase.
Does PropEase integrate property data?
Yes. Currently PropEase supports pulling EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) details where available.
How is my data stored?
Your deal data is stored securely on your device and synced to your account when online. PropEase does not share your data with third parties.
What devices are supported?
PropEase is built for iPhone and requires iOS 16 or later. iPad and Mac support will be added in future updates.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions. You'll receive a reset link via email.
Can I use PropEase for free?
PropEase offers a free tier with limited features. Upgrade anytime for full access to advanced analysis tools.
